Lower leagues teams are distraught after missing out on food donations distributed by the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (Fufa) of late.
Fufa took the initiative to donate food rations tp registered and licensed players to help them cope with the coronavirus pandemic.
The federation had forwarded the 12.5 tonnes of rice to the National Task Force before they were asked to distribute it themselves.
