The Huddersfield Town boss felt his side gifted the Cherries with a win despite a strong showing away from home
Huddersfield manager David Wagner called his side’s performance on Tuesday “Christmas for Bournemouth” as he felt his side gifted the Cherries a victory.
Callum Wilson and Ryan Fraser contributed a goal and an assist each, with all Bournemouth's best attacking play coming in the first quarter of the game.
Wagner questioned the decision to give Bournemouth a free-kick in the fifth minute, which was taken by Fraser and led to Wilson's opener, but said his team didn’t deserve anything from the match as they made things far easier than they needed to be for the home side.
