John Terry may be heading towards the end of a long and successful Chelsea career, but the 36 year old seems determined to stay in tip-top shape until his last day in football.
Although the captain remains an important figure in the dressing room, he has played just five times in the Premier League so far this season but, should an injury crisis hit their back line, Terry is doing his utmost to make sure he's ready for action.
His latest Instagram posts showed evidence of that as he embarked on a pacey 7km run on Tuesday morning before enjoying a healthy breakfast of berries, yoghurt and protein pancakes to refuel.
