Chelsea captain John Terry prepares for his final match at Stamford Bridge as Antonio Conte puts his squad their paces ahead of Sunderland clash

John Terry and his Chelsea team-mates stepped up their preparations for Sunday's clash with Sunderland in what will be the captain's final match at Stamford Bridge for the club.

Terry is set to leave his boyhood club this summer, with Bournemouth among possible destinations for the 36-year-old.

The clash with already-relegated Sunderland promises to be both emotional and bittersweet for Terry – who will say goodbye to stadium he has called home since 1995 by lifting the Premier League trophy.
