Chelsea 2-1 Crystal Palace: Antonio Conte's side move to within two points of fourth place while Roy Hodgson's side remain in the relegation zone

Chelsea moved to within two points of fourth-placed Tottenham with a home win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Willian opened the scoring in the 25th minute through a long-range strike and Chelsea's lead was doubled just seven minutes later, courtesy of a Martin Kelly own-goal.

Patrick van Aanholt pulled a consolation goal back late on but the defeat leaves Crystal Palace in the relegation zone in 18th, one point from safety.
