Burnley are close to signing Leeds United striker Chris Wood for £15million plus add-ons.
Leeds had tried to stave off the interest by offering Wood a new three-year contract and increasing his £15,000 a week wages.
Burnley are looking to bolster their striking options since the departure of Andre Gray and have pinpointed the Leeds striker as the ideal replacement.
The prolific forward hit 30 goals in all competitions for Leeds last year, leading to strong interest from a host of suitors.
