The Netherlands striker was on target as Francesco Guidolin's men sealed an important result on the road in their first Premier League game of the campaign
Leroy Fer was on target for Swansea City as they sealed a 1-0 victory at Burnley in their Premier League opener on Saturday.
The clash looked set to end in stalemate after a goalless first half, while the hosts saw Michael Keane squander a golden opportunity before being denied by Lukas Fabianski after the break.
Burnley were made to pay, as Fernando Llorente got on the end of Jefferson Montero's cross to see it saved, but Fer was on hand to tap in the rebound for a vital result.
