Brighton and Hove Albion have offered £10million for Cardiff City striker Kenneth Zohore, with Tomer Hemed potentially going the other way.
Seagulls boss Chris Houghton watched the 23-year-old play against Aston Villa last week.
Cardiff ran out 3-0 winners with Zohore playing 90 minutes.
The Bluebirds face Wolves in the Championship on Saturday and Zohore could feature, despite Brighton stepping up their interest in the Dane.
Championship rivals Hull have also been linked with the forward and had a bid rejected earlier this week.
