Brentford have successfully appealed Christian Norgaard's red card against Everton after the FA confirmed VAR were wrong to recommend a dismissal.
Norgaard was shown his marching orders in the first half at Goodison Park after stretching to reach the ball inside Everton's box and colliding with Jordan Pickford.
Referee Chris Kavanagh initially gave no foul but the Video Assistant Referee, Matt Donohue, quickly recommended a pitchside review and a red card.
Post-match, Bees boss Thomas Frank, who was shown a yellow card for protesting against the decision, confirmed the club would lodge an appeal.
