Manager Bob Bradley has denied Swansea City are a club in crisis.
While on international duty, South Korean midfielder Ki Sung-Yeung was quoted as saying he was returning to a ''crisis'' club.
Bradley said he understood fans' concerns, but insisted: "That is not the word I would use."
And he called on his players to show the sort of leadership for which Ashley Williams was renowned as the Swans face their former captain at Everton.
"We need more leaders within our team, we need more guys that when the game starts are ready to take real action," said Bradley.
