Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson slams 'disrespectful' Stoke fans for booing him after ACL injury left him feeling like his knee 'had been blown up with a shotgun'

Callum Wilson has blasted the 'disrespectful' Stoke supporters who booed him after he suffered a serious knee injury at the bet365 Stadium.

The Bournemouth striker was enjoying a flying start to the 2015-16 season - his first in the Premier League - when he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament following a tackle from Philipp Wollscheid in late September.

Wilson was booed by some Potters fans as he laid on the turf receiving treatment, wondering if his leg had been broken in the challenge.
