Bournemouth winger Hamed Traore is joining Napoli on loan once he completes a medical.
Napoli have agreed a loan with an option to buy set at £22million.
The 23-year-old has only been with Bournemouth since January last year, initially joining them on loan from Sassuolo before the move was made permanent for £22m in the summer.
He has made only three Premier League appearances this season after contracting malaria, with his last league action coming in September.
That illness will also see the Ivory Coast star miss the Africa Cup of Nations in his homeland which began on Saturday night, with the hosts beating Guinea-Bissau 2-0.
