Social media exploded after the Blues were crowned champions on Friday, the sixth title in their history
Twitter went into a meltdown after Chelsea became English Premier League champions following their 1-0 defeat of West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns on Friday night.
Michy Batshuayi’s 82nd minute strike handed Antonio Conte’s men the title with two games to spare.
And after Michael Oliver’s full-time whistle sounded around the Hawthorns and it sunk in that Chelsea had pipped Tottenham Hotspurs to the title, Twitter exploded as hat felt like the world took to social media platform to congratulate them with their past players leading the cheer.
