Ernesto Valverde has promised changes to his Barcelona squad to face Tottenham on Tuesday, with Lionel Messi among those who may be rested.
Barca have already booked their qualification into the knockout stage as the winners of Group B and Valverde has confirmed Luis Suarez, who returned from injury in this weekend’s 4-0 derby win at Espanyol, will be left out.
Valvarde added further changes to his side will be made as they face a Spurs team who require a result equal to that of Inter’s against PSV to progress to the knockout round.
