Council worker Ashley Dale made a desperate phone call to her partner as she lay dying from a gun attack in their home, the murder trial heard yesterday.
The 28 year old spent one minute and 43 seconds on the call as she lay dying from a single gunshot wound in the backyard of the couple's home but partner Lee Harrison did not pick up.
The court heard yesterday of the events in the hour leading up to Ashley's death at her home in Leinster Road, Old Swan, Liverpool.
Prosecutor Alex Langhorn said that Ashley was shot by gunman James Witham at just before 33 minutes past midnight.
