Arsene Wenger should be given at least three more years in charge of Arsenal, even though he 'got really soft' in the transfer market, according to former Gunners striker Ian Wright.
The Frenchman is celebrating 20 years in charge of the North London club, but his contract runs out at the end of the current campaign at a time when the once-dominant Arsenal have not won the Premier League title in 12 seasons.
Speaking on the BBC's Premier League Show, during a round-table discussion also including fellow former Arsenal players Martin Keown and John Hartson, Wright insisted much of that blame should be placed on the shoulders of Wenger's players.
