Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo confirms Gunners exit after scoring just one goal in four years at the club

Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo has confirmed his adventure with the Gunners has come to an end.

The French forward moved to London from Auxerre in 2013 but in that time managed just 20 appearances and only one goal, against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League in November 2014, before being deemed surplus to requirement.

He has been linked with a possible move to Serie A, with Genoa said to be interested, having now returned to fitness having spent seven months on the sidelines with a calf problem.
