Hector Bellerin has withdrawn from Spain's Under 21s squad, giving Arsenal another injury scare over the international break.
Bellerin has been replaced in the squad by Sunderland right-back Javi Manquillo after failing to finish training on Tuesday.
The Gunners have already suffered one injury blow over the break. Forward Alexis Sanchez suffered a 'low-grade muscle tear' during a training session with his nation Chile.
The 27-year-old has since said he would be available for next week's game against Uruguay.
