Arsenal have taken the son of club legend Dennis Bergkamp on trial, with midfielder Mitchel training with the Under-23 side at their training ground this week.
The 22-year-old is a free agent after leaving Dutch second-tier outfit Almere City this summer, and will have a chance to impress manager Steve Bould.
The player's father is a cult figure at the Emirates and played 423 games during a trophy-laded spell for the club. The Dutchman won seven major trophies - including three Premier League crowns.
He is recognised as one of the greatest players of his generation and scored 120 goals for the Gunners.
