Arsenal and Middlesbrough have agreed a deal for Folarin Balogun to spend the rest of the season at the Riverside.
The England U-21 striker is due in Middlesbrough this week to complete a short-term loan switch once he comes out of Covid isolation, becoming Middlesbrough's second signing of the window.
Sportsmail understands, the two clubs have reached an agreement over terms of the straight loan deal including the Championship side agreeing to cover a portion of Balogun’s wages.
The Arsenal youngster will be Boro’s second striker signing from the Premier League this month to bolster their play-off push after Aaron Connolly’s loan arrival from Brighton.
