Gianluca Vialli believes his former Juventus team-mate Antonio Conte has already done enough to prove he is the man for the job at Stamford Bridge.
Vialli became Chelsea's first Italian manager when he was appointed in 1997, while still a player, but Claudio Ranieri, Carlo Ancelotti and Roberto Di Matteo all followed in his footsteps before Conte's arrival in the summer.
Chelsea's newest Italian boss has won four and drawn one of his first five games in charge, which is enough for him to win the seal of approval from his former Juve team-mate.
Vialli also believes Conte's 'strong personality' is the perfect complement to a group of players used to working under the likes of Guus Hiddink and Jose Mourinho.
