Slaven Bilic has strongly hinted Andy Carroll will finally end his latest injury nightmare by featuring for West Ham against Manchester United on Wednesday night.
The striker has not played for more than three months since damaging his knee in the Europa League clash with Romanian side Astra Giurgiu in August.
But Bilic is leaning towards including the 27-year-old in some capacity in the EFL Cup quarter-final at Old Trafford, ahead of a fuller involvement against Arsenal on Saturday.
The Serbian admitted it would be 'suicidal' given Carroll' s wretched history with injuries to field him for 90 minutes in each fixture, but indicated he would feature for around half an hour at Old Trafford.
