Aleksandar Kolarov is on the brink of sealing a switch to Roma after asking Pep Guardiola to leave Manchester City.
The 31-year-old is set to depart with Real Madrid's Danilo and Benjamin Mendy from Monaco expected to arrive with Guardiola admitting City need three more defenders.
But Guardiola confirmed Kolarov, a former Lazio defender, looks ready for the door.
'I don't like to work with people who don't want to stay,' the Catalan said after the 2-0 defeat by Manchester United.
