It has been reported that Papagiannis will sign a three year deal with Panathinaikos in Athens, Greece.
Papagiannis was drafted 13th overall in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. Portland acquired the 7’ 1” center in March, but he only played four minutes in a Trail Blazers uniform, scoring two points and pulling down a single rebound.
