The Portland Trail Blazers will open the regular season against the Golden State Warriors Wednesday night without Robert Williams III, Shaedon Sharpe and Matisse Thybulle, the team announced on social media.

Williams was the only player among the three who could’ve possibly played Wednesday, given his return-from-injury timetable. On Oct. 4, the Blazers said Williams was expected to miss two weeks with a grade one left hamstring strain.
