Blazers players Matisse Thybulle (ankle sprain) and Deandre Ayton (calf strain) will also remain out for Monday’s game. Earlier this week, Billups told reporters at media availability that Thybulle has been participating in light 3-on-3 practicing, but he hasn’t been cleared yet for full 5-on-5.
