Watch: Ed Davis explains why his Flagrant II foul was not committed out of retaliation

The Portland Trail Blazers returned home Saturday and picked up their largest win of the season, 121-84, over the Orlando Magic.

With 2:42 left in the third quarter, Trail Blazers forward Ed Davis received a Flagrant II foul and was ejected for hitting Orlando's Jason Smith in the back of the head.

A few plays earlier Smith was called for an offensive foul when he backed into Damian Lillard and hit the Blazers point guard in the ribs as he was trying to get around the screen.

"That's the kind of guy Ed is," Lillard said.
