The Trail Blazers have dropped one spot to 23 in the Bleacher Report Power Rankings. The past week (since the last rankings) has been up and down for the young Portland squad. The high point came in a road win against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Starting off the four game road trip with a win seemingly had the Trail Blazers moving in the right direction, but the Bucks and Cavaliers had other plans.
Portland continues to display a worrisome habit of blowing second half leads. Both losses this week have watched them squander second half leads.
