The Portland Trail Blazers are losing one of their coaches to the Sacramento Kings. Accoding to multiple reports from Sacramento, Jim Moran, the head coach of the Rip City Remix, is leaving the G League team to become an assistant coach for Mike Brown. Brown’s staff has experienced considerable turnover this summer. Moran will help fill the void.
Moran worked for the Blazers as a video coordinator and assistant coach between 2014 and 2021. He returned to coach the Remix last season.
