TUALATIN — As he strolled up to greet a horde of reporters Wednesday night, Trail Blazers coach Terry Stotts didn't wait for the first question to discuss the subject on everyone's mind.
"Just don't ask me about the trade deadline," Stotts said after his team went through its first post-All-Star break practice.
As quiet as trade-deadline chatter has been surrounding the Blazers this week, it was even more silent Wednesday night at the practice facility in Tualatin. All 15 players on the roster showed up for the evening workout and Stotts didn't take it easy on them, pushing the Blazers through fast-paced scrimmaging and up-and-down workouts designed to get them back into shape after a weeklong break.
