The Portland Trail Blazers have acquired veteran center Brendan Haywood and veteran wing Mike Miller in a trade with the Cleveland Cavaliers, as first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.
Cleveland will also reportedly be sending 2019 and 2020 second-round picks to Portland in the deal for taking on 35-year-old Mike Miller's contract. The Blazers will be sending cash, but will not send any draft picks back to the Cavaliers.
Miller, who is owed $2.85M in final year of his contract, hopes to negotiate a buyout with the Blazers and become a free agent.
