The Trail Blazers will enter this summer looking to build around their talented core. It appears that Neil Olshey (Trail Blazers GM) will be swinging for the fences, but that doesn’t mean he won’t seek out affordable options as well. Chris Kaman and Brian Roberts will likely be gone before the season starts, so it will be important for Portland to supplement their roster with capable veterans.
