SAN FRANCISCO -- The Portland Trail Blazers flew to San Francisco from Denver directly after a disappointing 132-120 loss to the Nuggets at the Pepsi Center Thursday night, arriving at their hotel well after 2 am. Less than 12 hours later, they were back on a bus bound for the campus of University of San Francisco, Mission Bay for a full tape practice, one in which they would try to fix the issues that have plagued the team for much of the season.
“I thought we had a really good practice yesterday,” said Mason Plumlee. “I thought guys played hard, guys were into what we were doing, what we were trying to get done.
