The votes are in, and Oklahoma City Thunder coach Mark Daigneault is celebrating after being named the NBA Coach of the Year for the 2023-24 season.
Daigneault, 39, took home 89 of the 98 first-place votes. Orlando Magic coach Jamahl Mosley came in second, while Chris Finch of the Minnesota Timberwolves took home third.
Daigneault has coached OKC since the 2020-21 season after Billy Donovan left for the Chicago Bulls, and his team has won more games in each year since his arrival. This year, the Thunder went from 40 to 57 wins, taking home the No.
