The end of the NBA season means end-of-year lists! Earlier this afternoon, we looked at the end-of-year NBA Tiers list from The Athletic’s Seth Partnow. Now as a spiritual companion piece, we’ll look at The Ringer’s top 100 NBA player rankings that dropped on Thursday.
Both lists shared a similar theme: very little Portland Trail Blazers representation and absolutely no Blazers representation in the upper half.
I guess that’s how it goes after a 21-61 season.
The Ringer’s top 100 list was an all-hands-on-deck site effort from analysts Bill Simmons, Rob Mahoney, Michael Pina, Chris Ryan, Justin Verrier, and Zach Kram.
