The 2025 NBA Trade Deadline has passed. Normally we’d be talking about what the Portland Trail Blazers did mid-season to improve their future, but the Blazers did absolutely nothing during trade season this year. Whether that helps or dampens their prospects is up to debate, but either way, it sure doesn’t generate much excitement.
The much bigger news in Portland is that the Blazers have won 10 of their last 11 games. How unexpected was this? Prior to January 19th, they had won only 13 all season, total.
The winning jag is causing quite a debate in Rip City, however.
