The Portland Trail Blazers showed up in San Antonio ready for a game against the Spurs on Saturday night. They were completely unprepared for the tornado-like devastation of Victor Wembanyama, however. The French wrecking ball destroyed Portland, scoring 30 and doing pretty much everything else besides, leading the Spurs to a 114-94 victory. The loss drops Portland to 9-19 on the season.
Blazer of the Game
Shaedon Sharpe was the only Blazers player who looked anything close to, well, sharp tonight. He shot 11-16 from the field on his way to 25 points. He was spitting against the wind but at least the loogie was significantly large.
