The NBA announced the league’s Players of the Month, Rookies of the Month and the new award for Defensive Players of the Month for the combined months of October and November.
While no Portland Trail Blazers players took home any of the honors, Shaedon Sharpe was nominated for Player of the Month, Toumani Camara was nominated for Defensive Player of the Month and Donovan Clingan was nominated for Rookie of the Month in the Western Conference.
Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum were given the Players of the Month honors for their respective conferences.
