The Portland Trail Blazers head north of the border for the only time this year to take on the Toronto Raptors. The Blazers aren’t mathematically eliminated yet, but it is all but certain at this point. Based on the Tuesday’s win against the Hawks, it looks like Portland will be fighting for the win regardless. The game against the Raptors on Thursday, April 3 will be another early one, 4:30pm PST.
