Scoot Henderson Out vs. Knicks Due to Concussion

Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson is out for Sunday’s road matchup against the New York Knicks due to a concussion, the organization announced on social media.

The Oregonian’s Aaron Fentress reported on Saturday that Henderson was being evaluated for a concussion following Portland’s 128-107 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Friday.

The Blazers also announced that guard Anfernee Simons is questionable to play Sunday due to right forearm soreness, while forward Jerami Grant is doubtful due to right knee tendinitis.

Portland centers Deandre Ayton and Robert Williams III and guard Bryce McGowens also remain out for the contest.
