A member of the Portland Trail Blazers is going elsewhere.
According to Brian Lewis of the New York Post, the Brooklyn Nets are signing Blazers Exhibit-10 player Yongxi “Jacky” Cui to a two-way contract.
The Nets did not confirm nor deny the inquiry The New York Post made about Cui’s signing, which had also been reported by multiple outlets in China.
Cui, 21, played with the Blazers at the Las Vegas Summer League and averaged 3.0 points per game while only playing 7.7 minutes per contest.
The Blazers and Cui reportedly agreed to an Exhibit-10 deal, which is essentially a training camp invite as there is no guarantee to make the roster for the regular season.
