The Philadelphia 76ers have signed forward/center Alex Reese to a two-way contract. Reese had been averaging 19.3 points per game for the Rip City Remix, the G League affiliate of the Portland Trail Blazers. Reese has appeared in 16 games for the Remix this season. He averaged 49.4% shooting from the floor, 42.1% from the three-point arc.
Reese came into the league from the University of Alabama and had a cup of coffee with the Oklahoma City Thunder before joining the Remix.
The 25-year-old, 6’9 big man was one of the most prolific and accurate three-point shooters in the G League this year.
