The short-handed Portland Trail Blazers got a second-half scare, took care of business in tonight’s preseason contest against a game Ratiopharm Ulm squad, 111-100. The team from Germany fought back from a 20-point second half deficit, but the Blazers never relinquished the lead, pulling away late to win the second of their first three preseason games.
The Blazers had an entire starting lineup’s worth of inactives tonight, featuring Shaedon Sharpe (shoulder), Robert Williams III (hamstring). Anfernee Simons (ankle), Jerami Grant (rest), and Jabari Walker (right ankle soreness), and Matisse Thybulle (ankle soreness).
