The Portland Trail Blazers have enjoyed a lot of success in recent memory. They have participated in postseason play in nine of the last eleven years, also posting a 495-381 record in that time. That is a top five win percentage in the NBA over that span.
Unfortunately, this level of success can make you vulnerable to the reality most NBA teams live in: a lack of talent, misfortune with injuries, and front office ineptitude.
If the Blazers truly wish to make this “their year”, then they must carefully analyze their biggest weaknesses and work hard to either correct them or hide them.
