With Damian Lillard sitting out of Saturday’s game, Seth Curry was inserted into the starting lineup. Curry has been extremely efficient off the bench for the Portland Trail Blazers this season. He is second in the NBA in three-point percentage at 48.1%, and we have all wanted him to become more aggressive.
Many pundits, including myself, have believed that Curry could become one of the best sixth men in the league if he simply gained more volume. Well, Saturday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks seemed to prove that theory correct. With Lillard out of the lineup, Curry scored a season-high 22 points.
