Despite not yet having a G League affiliate team, the Portland Trail Blazers made the decision to sign Troy Caupain and London Perrantes to Exhibit 10 contracts. These are one-year deals that include a relatively small signing bonus in exchange for the contract being unguaranteed. Therefore, if the Blazers decide to waive one (or both), they won’t be entitled to pay their full salary for the year.
