A charitable contribution highlights the character of Portland's lead coach.

Monday night's game between the Portland Trail Blazers and Milwaukee Bucks had an interesting side story, courtesy of Bucks television announcing crew Jim Paschke and Jon McGlocklin. Stotts served as an assistant coach in Milwaukee under George Karl, then filled the head coaching seat from 2005-2007.
