As the month of July comes to a close, the NBA Free Agency cupboard is getting pretty bare. Most teams looking to spend money this summer have already invested. All of the big-name, or even mid-name, free agents have been signed.
But as Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported today, the Phoenix Suns have secured the services of 6’1 point guard Tyus Jones, lately of the Washington Wizards.
Tyus Jones — the market’s top remaining free agent guard — has agreed on a one-year, $3.3 million deal with the Phoenix Suns, Kevin Bradbury of @LiftSportsMNGMT tells ESPN.
