This is simply a courtesy reminder to all local fans headed to tonight’s Preseason game between the Portland Trail Blazers and Ratiopharm Ulm. The City of Portland’s recent parking restrictions will be in effect for the game. Brandon Goldner wrote about it last week:
On Oct. 1, the Eliot Neighborhood near Moda Center started limiting parking to two hours between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. every day from October through May, according to the City of Portland’s Bureau of Transportation (PBOT).
