Although Nik Stauskas no longer resides in Rip City, he has nothing but love for the Portland Trail Blazers. The man we call Sauce Castillo was recently dealt from Portland to Cleveland in exchange for Rodney Hood. Before the Blazers game against the Cavaliers, he caught up with NBC Sports Northwest’s Jamie Hudson.
Beyond mentioning his happiness happiness about landing in Cleveland, he also spoke about his excitement in seeing his old teammates and his missing them:
“It’s fun just to see everyone again, especially because with the way I got traded after practice I didn’t really get to say goodbye to everyone like I wanted to, so it was just cool to say hi to everyone again and just check in.
